Sudden failure to print previously printed PDFs.

Community Beginner ,

I suddenly have a problem where Adobe Reader will not print. It has printed fine for years (various MACs and OSs), but with no change to the current system, it now fails with an error message (and the printer spits out a blank page). I ran through Adobe's troubleshooting list - no solution. I verified print capability on an identical MAC on the same system and printer - worked fine. I reinstalled Adobe Reader - Nope. I went ahead and upgraded to the current MAC OS - Nope. I re-reinstalled Adobe Reader - Nope

All along and still, my computer will print fine via other apps.

Adobe Reader v2024.001.20615 (up to date)

MACMini M1 16GB Sonoma 14.4 (up to date)

Epson ET-4760 (driver up to date)

Adobe Reader is useless to me unless I can print my PDFs.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

The problem started about two weeks back, after working perfectly for years.

No known changes to the system were made previous to the failures.

Since then, I have updated the OS, and verified updates on the printer, and reloaded Adobe Reader (twice).

Up until a couple days ago, every .pdf file I attempted to print come up as an error, including files which I had previously successfully printed.

Each time a come across a new .pdf files, I try it.  A few print, most do not.

I have no idea how to provide the files.

Most files will not print, including ones which had previously been printed.

There are only two computers on the system (same printer), one one has the problem.

Donlt know what "via PS , PCL and airprint route" mean.

I don't know how to share a file here.

I have the EXACT same problem.  I have always been able to print Adobe PDF files until a few weeks ago.  I have IMAC System Mac OS Catalina.  I have tried everything and still says "file corrupt" unable to print.
