Terms and Condistions Pop Up - Bug

When using Adobe Reader and I get a pop up message "Terms and Condistions" unable to accept or Cancel the pop up. I have to re-start the application however problem contiunes unable to use the software

    If you press the Enter key on your keyboard does that dismiss the "Terms and Conditions"?
