Sometimes, open the  PDF, the Acrobat Reader DC will frozen and white out on win10, need to logout and login again, then open such PDF again, it's normally.  Why and how to solve?  Thanks!

The Acrobat Reader DC could not be closed or killed, need to logout and login win10 again, then it will become normally.  Tried to update and re-install the reader, it's still the same issues.

The Acrobat Reader DC version is listed on below.

Hello!

Thanks for your feedback.  Had been updated to 2021.001.20140.  See if still has the problems or not.  Thanks!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Acrobat Reader DC could not be closed.

As we can see that you are using quite an old version 2019.10.20098, please update the application to the new version available 21.01.20142 and reboot the computer once. Go to Help > Check for updates. You may also download the patch manually using the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

If it still doesn't work please try to repair the installation from the help menu > Repair Installation and reset the Acrobat Preferences to default as described in the help page: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

Regards

Hi there,

We are sorry for the delay in response. Please try reset the Acrobat Preferences to default as described here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that helps.

If it still doesn't work , please remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Regards
