The fill & sign freezes every time I click on add signature or add initials on Acrobat Reader DC

Fill & Sign -

When using the Sign feature, I click on add signature and the screen freezes.  Only thing I can do is go to tasks and end the Acrobat Reader DC app.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry about the trouble.

As the screen freezes on adding signature under the Fill & Sign tool, please try once to repair the application and ensure that it is updated to the latest version. In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation or Check for updates.

If the issue persists, try removing the application and rebooting the machine.

Then reinstall the application directly from the following page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.

Let us know if the issue persists.

This is happening for me too. The main function this program for is E-Signatures. But when I add E-Signautre box the whole program crashes. I don't want to continue paying for something I can't use.

Getting very frustrated, as I have 'sent error report' everytime it's happened for weeks now with no response or fix.
