There is problem with Acrobat reader in SAP wile viewing in SAP (523:523)

While try to viewing pdf in SAP it shwoing error . There is problem with Acrobat reader if it is running pleae exist and try again (523:523).

  • Acrobar reader Dc Version  : 2022.001.20.169 | 64 Bit
  • Windows 10Pro | 21H1
  • Enable startup protected mode is off in security

 

This error coming sometime not every time and not frequent.

 

Any Working arround fot this Issue?

no this is not work , my problem is  I can not open my PDF files, the message is " can not verify subscription status". you can find the screen shot when I open PDF file today , I have tried solution no. 3  (Can’t verify your subscription status | Acrobat, Trend Micro Antivirus (adobe.com) with any solution,   also I do not use Trend Micro Antivirus. what must I do?...
