There was an error reading the stream

Bom dia, recebi um documento PDF por e-mail e ao tentar abrir no Reader DC ele mostra a mensagem de erro: "Ocorreu um erro ao ler o fluxo", porém ao abrir pelo navegador Edge abre normalmente, preciso fazer algo no programa do reader para executar?

Sorry for the delay in response. 

I tried replicating the issue with the pdf files you shared via private message. It seems the pdf files are created by a third party application and are scanned ones. When tried to open it in Adobe Reader, I get the same error  message .

I am afraid there is not much can be done in this case as its a scanned document created by a third party application.

However, you may try printing the file to pdf in Edge and see if that helps.

Hoje 10/07/2018 usando a versão 2018.011.20055 estou passando pelo mesmo problema.

Ocorre o mesmo erro e o arquivo, abre normalmente no Microsodt Edge.

Assim como as pessoas que eu presto assessoria, estão passando também.

O arquivo parece ser gerado por uma impressora Virtual de outra empresa.

Hi Wagnervieira,

Based on the issue description mentioned above, you are getting above mentioned error when trying to open a pdf file in Adobe Reader, is that correct?

Could you try rebooting the machine once if you haven't already and try opening the pdf again?

Does the error appear when you open a specific pdf file or with all the pdf files?

Would it be possible if you can share the pdf file you are working with to replicate the issue at our end? To share the file here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

  1. Sim, o erro acontece ao abrir um um documento PDF no adobe Reader.
  2. Já reiniciei a máquina e o erro acontece em outras maquinas também.
  3. O erro acontece com alguns arquivos específicos.
  4. Enviei os documentos em modo privado.
