Send the file to your phone and print it from your phone or ipad. Worked for me. Hope works for you too.

Hi default5hsh65i2kqf3,

Thank you for reaching out.

As we understand, you get the error message when printing the PDF from the Adobe Acrobat Reader application.

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a particular PDF or with all. Share the Acrobat Reader and OS version on the machine.

If you are using Mac OS Sonoma, ensure you have updated the application to the latest version.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I am having a similar problem with Adobe Acrobat. Every time I try to print a PDF, I receive two pop-ups, one saying, "This document could not be printed," and another saying, "There were no pages selected to print." This problem applies to all PDFs that I attempt to print. I am using Mac OS Sonoma, and my Creative Cloud dashboard informs me that all my applications, including Acrobat, are up to date. I have restarted Acrobat, my computer, and my printer, to no avail. I can print the same documents using Preview with no issues, which suggests that the problem lies with Acrobat.

I am using Mac OS Sonoma.  I had no problems before this update.  I have updated my Adobe reader.  I get this error on every PDF I try to print.

I have the same problem that arose with the latest Sonoma update. Is Adobe trying to force everyone onto a monthly subscription at great expense? There are lots of other similar programs out there for a fraction of the cost.

In some cases this happens to me with regular documents and when I want to make a copy on a design printer whose size is 24x36W it gives me problems many times.

I am also having this problem.  I'm tearing my hair out trying to fix it.  I have updated everything and it still doesn't work.  The problem started as soon as I downloaded Sonoma.  Additionally, I have a few documents that can print but are in inverse colors (all black with white text)

Same problem for me. I have a new Macbook Pro (with Apple M3 chip) with Sonoma and a just downloaded version and installed version of Acrobat Pro 2017. Acrobat will not print any pdf and gives the same error messages described above, from  "This document could not be printed" and then to "There were no pages selected to print." The documents print out no problem with Preview.

I have exactly the same issue with Acrobat Pro on my Mac on Sonama 14.1.2.

And it's weird as it's working fine with Acrobat Reader as I have both installed.

Same isses as everyone else here that arousne with Sonoma 14.2.1. Maybe Adobe is forcing us to update and spend $59 a month?  I downloaded Reader and can point with this and will start looking for another less costly solution.

I'm having the same problem. I read in another thread to do this and it worked:

   -Print
      -Advanced

-Check the box that says "Print as Image"

I have done that several times with no effect. I also have a MacBook Air with the same Sonoma system and M1 chip which prints just fine from Adobe. My iMac 24 does not print with Adobe. Oddly enough, with the latest updates to Firefox, pdfs will print from that browser with no problems. I just really do not like having to email myself a file and then print it from that browser.
