Token not recognized

Hi Team,

I am trying to sign some documents with my Token on my Mac and I keep getting the same error: Adobe does not recognize my Token. Can you provide some assistance, please? Thanks.

Hi Julieta,

Sorry for the delay in response to your issue reported above.

Are you using any external hardware for Digital ID? It's most likely a chance that the token is not connected or recognized by your system. You may check the following:

1- Unplug and plug it back

2- Check with the other application and see if it is recognized by them.

Note: Since it is related to hardware and that is designed by a 3rd Party, so we'd suggest getting in touch with your vendor for the same. There's nothing much that can be done from Adobe's side.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am using a token, an external device. I have already unplugged and plugged it and I have also checked and it´s recognized by other applications, that´s why I believe the problem is related to Adobe. Any other suggestion? Thanks!
