 have pdf a MS publisher 20 page doc but only 10 pages can be viewed.  The other 10 pages are missing.  Please can you say why this is happening - what have I done wrong?  Thank you

Your description is not very clear. Does the file have 20 pages but only 10 can be viewed, or does it only have 10 pages?

How did you convert it from MS Publisher to a PDF? Reader can't do that.
