unable to install acrobat reader

Have tried to install but says newer version on computer-no newer version present. have tried all prev fixes from forum but still gave me error code 1722 and told me to contact vendor. Can you please help me? I posted before but no answer in over a week and customer service wont help me. thank you

What version are you trying to install? Where did you get the installer from? What is the operating system on this computer?
