Unable to "Save as" & typing history when using "Add text" from Field & Sign gone after update

After adobe acrobat reader update to 2021.007.20091, using "save as" result to blank screen and typing history from using Field & Sign - "add text" missing.

Thank you for reporting this and sorry about the trouble.

As you receive the blank Save as window after the recent update, the team is aware of the issue and investigating it.

You have mentioned that the Add text does not appear under the Fil & Sign tool, please check if it happens when you open a particualr PDF or with all the PDFs. 

Please share the screenshot of the options visible under the Fill & Sign tool. 

Share the OS version on the machine.
