Unable to save - Disk or temporary storage full

Running into this error when I am attempting to save a document using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Version 2018.011.20038 on a Windows 7 SP 1 machine - The document could not be saved. The disk you were saving to or the disk used for temporary files is full. Free some space on this disk and try again, or save to a different disk. I am receiving this error while trying to save a copy of an existing file using the save as feature.

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried.

Tried it on multiple PC's - It works on some machines but not the primary PC that I am attempting to use it from.

Attempted to turn off Enchanced Security which did not make a difference either way, on or off.

Deselected the file in File Explorer and attempted to save - No change

All permissions have been verified, and group permissions are verified.

The file location has plenty of space.

I have looked extensively through the support forums here and through other sites trying to find an answer and the best result I have found so far is a work around where if I make a copy of the original file, and save the file using the same name it has now, I can then rename the file to something different but do to security reasons this is not an acceptable work around.

Thanks for the help in advance!

Tinkering around with this a little bit more I have noticed also that the error occurs when you are saving the document with a different name. This form that I am talking about is for time off. You open said document with reader, modify it, and when you try to save it if you change the name it spits out this error. However if you save it using the original name that is pre-filled out in the name field then it will save, and then you can rename the file in windows explorer.

Are you putting any special character in the new name (such as / )?

I am not. just using a generic name such as johntest and allowing the the service to preset the file extension.

It may help also to mention that the file is being saved on a networked drive.
