In version 2019.010.20099 when you click the email button it would open a screen to the right where you can enter an email address, change the name/subject and enter a message. This was convenient because the end user could still see the entire document and gather information off from the document to include in the subject and the message. With the update 2019.012.20034 the end user is getting a screen that says how do you want to share this file. This screen cannot be moved and covers a portion of the PDF document. Once you click attach email the how do you want to share this file screen comes up and does not disappear when you click share method. This screen continues to cover the PDF documents and end users are having to screen shot or copy information needed from the document before sharing. Is there a way to move this box or have it close once the share method is select or do we need to roll back to 2019.010.20099

This is a huge problem -- I need to see the content of the PDF while I write the email to share it. You can't move the screen around or diminish it. I am having type the content of the email into a Word document while I can still see the PDF, *then* follow the "Share File" process and copy/paste the content from Word into the body of the email. It's ridiculous -- please return to the one-click share process from a couple of releases ago, or at least make it easy to default to that method for those of us who are sharing files like this multiple times a day.

I agree, seems like every update is trying to add more steps to the process that used to be very simple just because they want us to use their services instead. If we have the need or we use the adobe acrobat they can be set on the preferences we don't need to be bother to look at your offerings every single time we want to attach a PDF to an email within the Outlook client. My users are starting to find this very cumbersome and annoying and I would hate to have to find a replacement reader because of this

With the May release, new Share experience has been introduced with Acrobat/Reader. The new sharing experience simplifies the way you share PDFs for viewing, reviewing, or signing. The Share interface in the right pane is now replaced with a new modal dialog box that provides you with the following four main tasks to choose from one of the following list appears on screen.

There is away to send email with single click on email icon.
Could you please follow the steps in the below article to use the email icon to send PDF directly as email attachment.
