Updates no longer printing larger docs without manually resetting

The new version downloaded yesterday and will not print 11 x 17 pdf correctly. We use this with our main software to auto print docs and now that feature is useless. Is there a fix for this?

We have released an update for Acrobat and Reader DC(version 21.001.20138) that contains the fix. 

Please update the application to the latest version. In the application, go to Help > Check for updates.
