while sending email in Adobe Reader it save the file

Hi,

I prepare fillable form in Adobe Acrobate Pro XI . When I open it in Adobe Reader 9 and click on email button to send email, it save the file but do not send email. I am not expert one but tried hard to get any solution but couldn't.

Thanks for any solution.

Reader 9 is very old and not compatible with any current operating system. Why are you still using it?

Now I use Adobe Reader DC 2018 to send email

but now it give error "could not connect to the mail server.Please verify your internet connection.If you are not sure how to proceed further you can save your form and return it manually using your internet email service."

I used yahoo mail to send file to gmail a/c.
