Hi Avianlover,

Try updating the application to Reader DC and also please refer to the link below and see if any of the steps help:

I don't want DC because it will not allow me to review previously saved pdf's that I may need to open. Had to uninstall it to allow access to previous PDF's. I will review trouble shooing but have been down that road.

This is a very familiar thing, and there is no need to update or troubleshoot.

It happens when you accidentally switch on PRINT TO FILE in the print dialogs. Turn it back off!

As I said, no need to upgrade or troubleshoot.

I do not have "print to file" on.  When I open a new pdf doc in my email, it says download and then I save to computer, from there, I click and open it to automatically print.  Now if I open the doc this is what appears.  No option to print.......

You are viewing a PDF file in Chrome. This has nothing to do with Acrobat Reader, or Adobe, at all. It's all part of Chrome, even the PDF printing.

However, the problem is similar. Click CHANGE if you want to go back to printing to a printer.

Will give it a try. Chrome has changed and not necessarily for the better. Thanks for your help.
