I have tried numerous times to sign in but the response is Access Denied. I have attached a screenshot of the response page. Please help!

Are you using an organization account? If yes, I suggest contacting your IT admin to check if the services are available on your account.
If not, please try logging in to: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/
If you can log in to the portal, please try re-installing the application and then check whether you can log in.
