I purchased a subscription through Apple App Store using my Apple ID. I've since changed the Apple ID and want to know if there is an alternative way to restore my purchase without using the original Apple ID as it's no longer in service. The account associated with the Apple ID is still active and valid showing my subscription however I cannot find the email or original Adobe ID I used at the time of purchasing. Can someone assist?

For the issue you mentioned, there is very little we can do from our side, as mobile subscriptions are managed by Apple directly and not us.
I suggest contacting Apple Support to have the Account ID changed for your subscription.
Try changing your Adobe ID from here: https://account.adobe.com/plans/ and see if that helps.
