Acrobat not recognizing active subscription

I have been going thru this discussion board for a while now searching for my issue and have found many posts about it, but the same general answer. I have been using acrobat on my new iPad Pro running the most up to date software since April. Suddenly, last week the app changed and now says that I do not have an active subscription. I logged out and logged back in using Apple ID as I did when i first downloaded the app. The app says that I do not have an active subscription. I click to make a new subscription, and the app says that I have an active subscription. When I go to "restore Purchases" It pops up with an error message. I have deleted the app and re downloaded it, everything is up to date. I have restarted the iPad. I only make in app purchases thru the App Store so I can track these kinds of things. I know that I have purchased this and it is linked thru my Apple ID which is linked to this address.
