Acrobat on iPad Air crashes

New Here ,
Jun 06, 2021 Jun 06, 2021

Hi, latest iOS, lates iPad Air, and Acrobat usually crashes even when I try to edit a simple 2 page long (short) document. It happens when I try to edit the original text. Note taking is fine. I specifically payed the subscription for this, but this is very hard to use in real life. How can I solve this?

The document is on the iPad not in the cloud.

Thanks

Hello,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Is the issue with a particular document or with all the files?

Also, please share a few details with us to check:

1. The application version number for Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

2. The iOS version you are using;

3. A sample file for us to try and reproduce the same at our end.

Please check if the application is up to date.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hi Souvik,

thanks for your response. This post is almost a year-old now, my issue is solved. I gave up using Acrobat and found a more stable solution.
