To better understand the case we would need more information:

1. Please confirm if you are using Acrobat mobile or desktop application.

2. What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat Application you are using?

3. Is this an issue with a specific file or with all the PDFs? Please try with different file and see if that helps.

4. What is the workflow/steps you are taking when the issue occurs? Please share a small video recording of the same for more clarity.
