Hello,
Recently I purchased a yearly subscription for Acbrobat Premium. In my Apple ID is says I have an active subscription until January 2025, but I can't use my Premium. I've tried logging in/out on Apple ID, with the actual email, restoring the purchase. It keeps saying there is a active subscription but I have to log in on the other account. This does not work.
Turning phone off and then logging in also doesn't work.
I really need the Premium, is there any way my subscription can be restored as I am not sure what else to do to get it to work.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
From the screenshots, it looks like an issue where you are using a Masked ID for Apple.
In iOS, Apple allows you to mask your primary email address to keep the email hidden.
In such scenarios, I suggest reaching out to Apple's customer support for a better assessment of the situation and a fix.
