Acrobate reader is it free?

New Here ,
Jan 22, 2024 Jan 22, 2024

When moving from Adobe Fill&sign to Acrobate Reader, it says it's free. But when starting the Acrobate, it prompts me to buy it or subscribe it ( with 7 days trial ), but no free option available!

can you advise?

Acrobat Reader for Mobile is free. The premium edition is paid and lets you do a few things that used to be restricted to Acrobat Pro. It is not required.

Are you on Android or iPhone/iPad? Can you show a screen shot of what you are seeing in Google Play or the App Store?

Hi @Wioletta34960996vasm,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

As Jane mentioned, Acrobat Reader Mobile is free to use, with a few editing features covered under the premium subscription.

All features of Adobe Fill & Sign will be migrated to Acrobat Reader Mobile and be available free of charge.

You might be seeing the subscription purchase banner due to the first launch.

You can click the "X" button to the top left to remove it.

Hope this clarifies your question.
