I have a license for Adobe Acrobat and I want to install it on Macbook as well and not exhaust the application

As TSN mentioned, we would have to know the nature of your subscription to better answer the query.

I tried searching for an active subscription with the email address registered on the community but could not locate an active subscription on your account. 

Just to give you an idea, if you have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC, you can use the plan for logging in to both your Macbook and your mobile device without any issues but if you have a plan for Acrobat Premium, that would be strictly mobile-based and cannot be used on a computer.
