adobe acrobat reader dc question:

(I thought I posted this but I can't find it?)

I have this free version (adobe acrobat reader dc) on my windows 10 PC; and it's all I need given what I do

do I need an equivalent on iOS? I am brand new to iOS and smart phones!

or does the Apple iPhone have its own thing and I don't need to download an app?

thanks!

Hi Bernd,

thanks for answering.

if I didn't download it on the iphone, what would the iphone say or do?

will something pop up saying I need to download something in order to read something?

also in the app store I see:

1. Adobe acrobat reader (it doesn't say 'dc') is that the basic free one?

2. Adobe document bundle (that had adobe acrobat reader for pdf and adobe scan digital pdf scanner); is this better? Is it free?

thanks

After the installation you can open PDF files in Acrobat Reader.

I asked:

but I got this back:

After the installation you can open PDF files in Acrobat Reader.
