Adobe acrobat reader dc

I subscribe to adobe acrobat reader dc and use it to edit my invoice each week to save having to do a new one all the time ! It worked fine fir a while on my iPhone and iPad but now after creating a pdf whe I tap to edit it just comes up delete , has anyone had this problem ?
