Adobe Acrobat Version 25.10.1.41618 Constantly Crashing

Hi 

 

I am having an issue with Adobe Acrobat Version 25.10.1.41618. Everytime I try to open a document, I get a blank screen and an error message "Adobe Acrobat isn't responding". How do I rectify this? Please help

Hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble. 

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If it's a file-specific issue, please share the PDF file in question for checking at our end. 

 

Try downloading the PDF files to your device locally and then try to open them via the Acrobat Mobile app and check if that helps.

 

If it still doesn't work, share the make and model of the Android device you are using and a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.

Hi 

 

I trust that you're well

 

This is an ongoing occurence with all PDF documents that I try and open. I have tried to open documents that are saved on my device and documents that I previously worked on using Adobe that are stored in my Adobe cloud. 

 

I use a Honor X6C Android device, please see screenshot attached. I have also uploaded a screen recording of what happens when I try to open a file.
