Adobe Doesn’t Work!

I'm unable to download any type of Adobe PDF to my phone or computer. Everything is up to date, but still keep getting this message

The message you are seeing is not from any Adobe software but perhaps from some other application attempting to display a PDF file which is likely what is called an XFA form file.
