Adobe is advertising when PDF shared with mobile device

No imagine seeing this every time you share a PDF while trying to conduct a conversation or business. How do you remove this advertisement when sharing a PDF from your files? Adobe support could not help me.

I have only been informed of 3. Downloading the app and sharing a PDF on my test device, I can confirm it is doing on it as well.

This is an absolutely HORRIBLE addition to Adobe... I pay quite a bit of money for allegedly “premium" service and when I sent a few emails with pdf attachments from adobe, via my professional email, and the SUBJECT of the email displays this horrendous advertisement... and then again in the text of the email.... What on earth is Adobe thinking??? I've been a paid Adobe user for decades and this is just about the last straw...

Adobe is obviously aware of this issue and unable or unwilling to correct it!! I had the same issue for months and tried to get support to no avail, then about a month ago the problem disappeared completely. I was quite happy that Adobe had figured it out until yesterday when I forwarded an email and the advertisements were back!! They either put it back in, or there is a glitch in their system causing the problem to recur. Either way they need to fix this NOW or they will lose a lot of customers.

We are looking for an alternate PDF product because of this. We pay a premium for our users to use Adobe and do not excpect Ads everytime they send a email with a PDF.

I am also looking at getting away from ADOBE SINCE THEY DON'T CARE TO RESOLVE THIS CREITICAL ISSUE. I am looking at Soda PDF. Anyone like Soda?

I've been having the same issue and it just started happening recently. Adobe support was no help at all! Glad I found this forum. Guess I will just wait for the update.

Sodapdf says they have 24/7 support. I may be switching this week becasue of the advertisements. I don't give Adobe $300+ every year to adverise and take my ability away from sharing PDF's in an email thread. Adobe used to work great and it's a sham. Alos, when I talked to customer service, I could hear folks from another country having a good time in the background. A party to say the least and was very distasteful. THey do not care anymore or this issue would have been resolved.
