Adobe reader crashes after opening big files in ipad air 4

Routinely adobe reader working very smoothly but occasionally when i opened pdf more than 150 mb size book, it crashes and i need to restart ipad air 4 to open that file again. Any solution?

Sorry for the delayed response. As per the issue description that the application crashes with files more than 150Mb files. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. Version of iOS?

2. Acrobat Reader version?

 

Kindly update the application to the latest version and check if the issue persists.

To better assist you, could you please clarify if the problem occurs with a specific PDF file or if it affects all PDFs on your device? If you haven’t done so already, kindly try opening a different PDF file to see if the issue persists. This will help us narrow down the cause.

Additionally, it would be helpful to know the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app you are currently using. You can find the version by following these steps:

  1. Tap on the profile icon (located in the top-right corner).
  2. Select “About Adobe Acrobat” from the menu that appears. Please provide the version number mentioned there.

For a more in-depth investigation, could you also share a short video recording that demonstrates the steps you are taking when the app crashes? This will help us better understand the issue and expedite our troubleshooting process.

Yes only occure on one file and the others are ok. But same file working well with my laptop (win 11).
