I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the inconvenience.

 

As you mentioned, you are unable to delete a file.

Could you please help us with some details to understand your issue better: -

  1.  Do you get this message on deleting a particular PDF or all the PDFs?
  2.  In which location is the file saved? On this iPad/iPhone, Document Cloud, or other location?
  3.  Share the video of the exact workflow you do to delete pdf.
  4.  Are these files encrypted/password protected?
  5.  What are the application version and OS version of the device?
