ai assistant on ipad

i purchased AI assistant for adobe in reliance on all the ads saying "AI assistant available across mobile devices!" and the specific ad in the app store which states that AI assistant is available on the ipad app. Even with uninstslling and reinstalling and my profile on the app specifucally showing "Acrobat Pro" and "AI Assistant" at the top, there is NO AI ASSISTANT in the app. I am using a 2024 ipad air with everything updated. Where is the assistant??

    same here, is there a roadmap for when AI assistant will be availabile on iPadOS?

    We are delighted to see you waiting to use the AI Assistant features.

    The Assistant is not available for iPads as of now, however, is planned for the upcoming release.

    I hope you're doing well. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your subscription.

    Please follow these steps to restore your subscription:

    1. Tap on the profile icon.
    2. If you're not already signed in, tap 'Sign in' and follow the prompts to log into your account.
      Note: Make sure you're signed in with the same ID you used to purchase the subscription.
    3. Tap on 'Subscriptions.'
    4. Tap 'Restore Purchases.'

     

    After completing these steps, relaunch the app and check if your subscription is working as expected.

    I am having the same issues. I actually had to call support to get the AI Assistant to show up on my Macbook Air. I had it initially but then after a couple of weeks it disappeared. We were a le to fix that glitch but the customer support person was not able to help me with the app on my iPad air. It is a mew ipad, recently purchased. When i downloaded the app it states AI Assistant across all mobile devices. When i log in and see my subscriptions it shows that i have Adobe Acrobat Pro, AI Assistant add o. And even Adobe Acrobat Premium. But still no AI assistant when I open up a document.  I try hitting reatore purchases but it just keeps saying that there are mo purchases to restore.
