Android Adobe Acrobat Reader problem

Android Acrobat reader 20.1.1 doesn't open. The app just sits on the title screen.

Is this happening even if you uninstall and reinstall the app?

Also, instead of opening Adobe Reader mobile, do a long press on the icon.

The select "App Details" and clear the cache. See if this helps, but remember to put to sleep other background processes and apps that may be running.
