Android reader problem

I installed the Android version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Google Play Store. I got the link from the Adobe.com website. It was supposed to be the DC version.

When I try to open any PDF file that allows "form input", a popup window says I need the DC version for Windows or Mac.

I can open any document that does not have form input. Previously I used my desktop running Windows 10 no problem. My mobile phone is more convenient.

I have a

Samsung Galaxy s8 +

SM-G955W

Android 8.0.0

Is there a reason this advertised DC version (by Adobe) does not function properly???

Thank you,

Ted

I have Galaxy 8+ and Android 8.0.0.

I found that Foxit PDF works fine with the Manulife investment withdrawal form which is not XFA. Foxit says you have to upgrade to Foxit PhantomPDF Business to do XFA. Have not tried it. Costs $$$.
