App isn’t selectable for pdf files

App doesn't work on iPhone XS Max. Can't select it in open in, email, pdf forms etc. I've asked for support for about a year. Developer isn't responding. Currently iOS 13.3.1. Please help. Thank you

friends with iPhone 11R, etc have no problem
