Hello Kathy,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing some information with us:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. The version of iOS you are using;

3. A screen recording of the event happening for better understanding.

While you share this information, try the below steps once:

1. Go to the Settings application of your device;

2. Go to general-> Storage-> Acrobat Reader;

3. Click on offload and then continue.

Once done, try opening the application again and check if it works.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Thanks for your reply. The Acrobat version is 22.06.00. The iOS version is 15.6. When I try to open the app it sits at this screen for about 20 seconds and then switches back to my Home Screen. 79C67244-E59E-47FA-A490-58A2F98FE85C.pngexpand image

I am not seeing anywhere I can off load the app or delete it to try and reload it.

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for the information provided.

To offload an application, go to Settings [a gear-shaped icon] on your iPAd-> then click on general on the left menu panel-> click on iPad Storage-> (once the list loads up) scroll down to search for Acrobat-> click on Offload App-> then continue.

Once that is done, open Acrobat and let me know if it works.

Thanks,

Souvik.

@Kathy251394441hl0 Hi,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Can you try moving some files and freeing up some space?

Once done, check if you are able to open the application. I was facing the same issue at my end, removing some large files and freeing up the storage helped.

Thanks,

Souvik.

I figured out how to delete the app.  I did that and reinstalled the app, but I lost all the files. I can only access the ones I have on my iPhone.

The other files you are referring to will be there if they are stored on your cloud storage. You will need to re-open them for the files to appear on your recent list.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.
