Asking me to subscribe to use but monthly subscription is already paid

I'm signed in with correct Apple ID, have tried to restore purchases but error occurs, have deleted the app and reinstalled, still cannot Edit or create PDF's it's asking for me to subscribe and when I try to subscribe it's says I'm already subscribed. Any ideas how to fix this?

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you are not able to use the premium subscription. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

  1.  How did you sign in to the application, was that using Apple ID or using Adobe ID?
  2. Make sure that the email used to sign in into the application should be the same that was used to purchase the subscription.

If you are still having the issue, then please send us your email and purchase reciept in the private message to help you better.
