Can’t find saved files

i only get the save to cloud option on my laptop. Now I do not see the file on my phone even after downloading the app. Saved it 4 times with different names , even created a new folder.

    Could you please give it a try the followings,

    1. After launch Acrobat on your device, tap on "Local" and the popup menu should appear as below,

    2. Choose "Document Cloud"

    3. Sign in with the same account that you signed in on Laptop

    Then your files should appear under "Document Cloud"

      Hey Derek , Actually found a file in “More Locations“ but not the ones I saved yesterday?? the only other file is the welcome pdf..

      It sounds like you do not open the file from Document Cloud on your laptop at the first place. Where do you open the file from? Does it open from Box, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or iCloud Drive?
