Hi @Shadi31533822bi3u

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

  • Please login to the OneDrive account separately on this device once and see if you can access it.
  • Also, reboot the phone
  • Update your Acrobat Reader mobile app.
  • Once done, try configuring the OneDrive account once again.
  • For testing, log in on Acrobat Online and Sign in to One Drive from here https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/addstorage/. Does it work?

Thanks,

Akanchha

One drive works separately fine but I still can't connect One Drive to the Adobe Reader app (on Android only!! connection is fine with Apple). Login to Acrobat online and signing in to One Drive is also not working!

I tried everything from Updating both Apps to restarting the Phone...

The error code "AADSTS7000112" is associated with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) authentication. It typically indicates that the user or application attempting to authenticate does not have the necessary permissions to access the requested resource. To resolve this error, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to portal.azure.com with your Microsoft admin account.

2.In the left pane, click Azure Active Directory > Enterprise Applications.
3.Click All Applications. From the list of deployed applications, search application ID "999586d-3bb6-4858-9d08-8815d444bb54"

4. Go to properties -> Enable for users to sign-in

5. if doesn't work still ->  Assign users or groups if not assigned.

Hi @Shadi31533822bi3u,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Thank you @Silvestrs27732502g7yz, for the elaborative answer. That would be helpful to many users coming to the community with the same query.

To add on, you can refer to the Enterprise docs in case you need any additional assistance with steps on how to get access: Acrobat Android Enterprise — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment (adobe.com)
