Can't uninstall reader from my phone

I have a windows phone and when I tried to uninsntall it, it gave me a scrambled error message.

What is going on?

WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP.

I put this piece of crap software on my phone, it doesn't uninstall, I contact support and they say to post in the forums so their "experts" can answer it and what do I get???

NOT A DAMN THING.
