Hello. I've read through the comments that fit my situation and followed them exactly to try to resolve my problem, but it's not working. I've gone to the App Store to restore my subscription to be able to use the Adobe Premium Services but that option was not there. So now I've already paid my subscription for the month and I'm not able to use the services.

Could you please try to switch the network on your device?
If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.
Kindly login with the email ID you used while purchasing the subscription.

If the issue persists, could you help us with some details -
1. Application version.
2. Device name and version.
