Cancel my free trial

This is a complete nightmare!!  Adobe makes signing up so simple, but when it's time to the cancel free trial, there's no info displaying once you follow directions given.  You gain access to customers payment info and then dupe them so you can attempt to charge and state the account wasn't canceled in a timely fashion.  What type of nonsense is this?.

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you recently purchased the Acrobat Premium plan with a 7-day trial via the Play Store. Please confirm if you are willing to cancel it so we can process your request via our billing team.

Cancel my subscription!! This is a complete nightmare and you all know
exactly what you are doing making this such a difficult process!! I'm
saving all messages as proof.
