Cancel my free trial

This is a complete nightmare!!  Adobe makes signing up so simple, but when it's time to the cancel free trial, there's no info displaying once you follow directions given.  You gain access to customers payment info and then dupe them so you can attempt to charge and state the account wasn't canceled in a timely fashion.  What type of nonsense is this?.

  1. I never PURCHASED anything!!  It was a free trial, and I attempted to cancel multiple times before the free trial ended.  Your directions on how to cancel is a complete lie and leads people to an empty screen showing no subscriptions, giving the appearance as if one will not be charged, only to charge them!!  I didn't authorize any payment, and this is definitely a scam by Adobe!!
