Today, an amount for a subscription was deducted, even though I did not subscribe. I logged into my account to cancel the subscription, but it showed that there is no active subscription. How is this possible?

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and am unable to find any paid/active subscription. If you have used another email ID to purchase the subscription, please share it with us so we can track the subscription and help you further.
