I have tried canceling the same day and there is never a cancel button in manage payments...

I DONT WANT THE SERVICE geesh cancel me ... chat never works HELP

Hope you are doing well.  

Don’t worry, you can cancel the subscription and ask for refund from your end. Before we let you go do you mind sharing the reason for the cancellation?  

For IOS   

Apple manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from the Apple App Store.

For Android.   

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.
