Cancelamento de assinatura

Eu acabei ativando os 7 dias gratis, usei o app só no primeiro dia, nos dias seguintes acabei ficando doendo e esqueci de cancelar a assinatura por não tenho o dinheiro para pagar pois gastei e continuo gastando com remedios!! 
Agora aparece que tenho que pagar para eu cancelar a assinatura, mas não tenho o dinheiro, peço encarecidamente que revejam isso e me ajudem por favor 🙏

Eu não conseguir cancelar minha assinatura e veio uma cobrança de 7,99 no meu cartão.

Eu não queria mais estar com a assinatura e quero um estorno do valor!
