I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.

If you can, please share the Order ID for the other email address that you used to purchase the subscription previously so we can have it cancelled on our end.
Also, you can remove the account from your device completely for Google Play's payment services to not recognize the subscription on the other account.

I can't provide you with the ID because I no longer has access to it. It was not purchased in store, it was done online. I really not sure why I was logged in under that email since I have not been working for the company in over a year.
