Hi everyone,

I just started using Adobe Acrobat. I want to link it with my Onedrive from school but I was unable to do so.

I have tried several times and it always showed the message "Unable to connect to that location". When I tried to connect to my personal Onedrive it works normally, but with the one from school it doesn't.

Mine is IpadOS 16, Ipad pro 11 and with the newest version from Acrobat, which is 23.05.01.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Deleted User,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

From the above description, it seems to be an issue with your School's account permissions.

I suggest contacting your institution's IT team to check if the necessary permissions are allowed to connect the Cloud Service with external applications and then try again.

Hope this helps.
