- Tap the profile icon.
- Tap Subscriptions or Manage subscriptions
- Tap Restore Purchases.

How come my Adobe Acrobat Reader APP will not unlock the premium features? I have tried to restore purchases only to get the above error popup. I go to my Apple subscription and it shows my subscription premium purchase. This is total BS!!! I have read others posts on here with the same issue. Come on Adobe.....WTF??!

If you did the purchase through the Apple store you must contact their customer care team.
However, I am more inclined to believe that your issue might be related to signing in with your AppleID instead of using the AdobeID to unlock the premium features.

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device. Do the following to restore your subscription:
