I have been charged for Adobe reader 8,49€ and it's not letting use the app it says subscribe when i have already been charged because the money is retained in my account.

I checked your email address registered here on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.
Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.
If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps from below:
1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;
2. Restart the device;
3. Log in back to the device.
If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription.

I have just received an email saying that this subsription will be renewed on the 20th. I have already said in my emails that i do not want this subsription and that i want it to be cancelled but it seems it still hasn't been cancelled. I will repeat the same, i want this subsription cancelled or i will be forced to speak to my bank to bann it from being charged. Please cancel this subsription.
