Change from Read Only

How do I change a document from "read only"? I've already tried saving it locally, but it still won't let me edit the PDF.

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to change a file from read-only to editable.

The workflow you are mentioning about can be achieved through the desktop version of the application. You can go to Print-> Print to Adobe PDF.

Note: This will flatten the PDF and remove any form fields or layers.
